James Rainey makes NY Post, CBS News and Crains NY with Vegas Casino Restaurant Deal
Pampas Steakhouse is opening its first New York City Restaurant at the Moinian Group’s 72 Madison Avenue.
The loft office building between 27th and 28th streets that was renovated last year.
The restaurant, represented by Managing Director James Rainey of Manhattan Commercial Group, signed a lease Friday for 7,500 square feet in the building. Asking rent was $40,000 a month and came in as a 15 year, 12 Million dollar deal.
There is a Pampas Steakhouse in Los Angeles and in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
“The word is, it will operated by his daughters and be called DUE, Rainey said”.
