NEW YORK CITY- After one year of deliberations over the new Refinery Hotel , located at 63 West 38th Street, Manhattan Commercial Groups Managing Director James Rainey inked a 15 year, 12 million dollar deal for the new 3400 SF Restaurant located in the lobby and also the 3500 SF indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge.
Mr. Rainey also picked up 20 exclusive listing for his work on this deal including a new Hotel Development located at 60 West 38th Street in Midtown and a 22 unit Condo conversion located on 315 West 35th street with the units ranging from 2.2 Million to 13 Million for the penthouse.
Projected opening is May 2018.
